Cloud - Reports - What permissions are required to be able to run reports on business processes?

Hello,

On the Reports page, what permissions are required for a user to be able see the "Process" section on this page?

I have a customer with a full user who used to be able to see this, but now they can't, and I can't figure out what changed (they can only see the "Repository" section, not the "Process" section). User is listed as a Process Administrator in the Account Administration page.

From my testing, users must be granted Process Administration access in order to see the “Reports” option in the menu. However, this level of access gives them full visibility and control across the entire /global project, which is often excessive—particularly for team managers who only need to monitor the status of business processes within their specific area of responsibility.

From my discussions (lengthy ones!) with the Laserfiche team, I understand they’re aware of this limitation and are actively considering ways to improve it.
