We are thrilled to announce an update to the Using Metadata in Laserfiche Cloud and Metadata Administration in Laserfiche Cloud courses in Aspire that reflect the metadata enhancements that came to Cloud in our April 2025 release! To ensure you stay up-to-date on the latest metadata functionality, you will need to re-complete these courses within the relevant curricula in Aspire. 

What Curricula Are Affected? 

  • Gold Laserfiche Cloud - Recommended Training 

  • Certified Administration Laserfiche Cloud - Recommended Training 

  • Certified Records Management in Laserfiche Cloud - Recommended Training 

  • Repository Administration in Laserfiche Cloud - Recommended Training 

Who Needs to Complete These Courses? 

  • All learners who have completed the old courses within any of the curricula listed above. These curricula will move from a ‘completed’ status to your active transcript, prompting you to complete the newly updated courses
