Quick Fields Setting Configuration

asked on May 1

I am trying to figure out where I am going wrong. When I test the current process on the assign tokens, I recieve the correct token values back. When I run the session from importing the files of the local drive, none of the values come back correctly, I bunch of random letters or no information at all. My sample is part of this batch that is not pulling the inforamtion correctly. I am scanning student test scores and each page contains the student's name (broken down in the token to pull the last name only), student ID, and test mo./yr (updated in the token to be mm/01/yyyy.

We would need to see more of your configuration to help here. But some things to check for:

  1. Add one of your local files as a sample and test against that sample and make sure your configuration is working
  2. Look for discrepancies in your local files that would cause the tokens to not work properly
    1. i.e. page orientation, poor scan quality, mismatched zones because of different test score page types
  3. Are your local files multi-page? Your zone OCR is in page processing which runs on every page. Its been a while since I configured a QF session but my intuition tells me this will be overwritten by subsequent pages as they are scanned
