What causes Scan Both Sides to not show under Paper Source in Laserfiche Scanning?

We are using Laserfiche Scanning 11.0.2102.141 (I assume the latest) from Cloud and noticed that Scan Both Sides is not listed under Paper Source any longer.

Verified this is not a limitation of the scanner by opening Windows Fax and Scan and checking that both Scan One Side and Scan Both Sides is available for this scanner.

Which scan engine are you using in Laserfiche Scanning? TWAIN? ScanConnect?

I don't remember the engine for sure, but it was a physical scanner so I imagine TWAIN or possibly WIA

Hi Chad,
Can you open Settings dialog through File->Scanner Options.. and see if there is other options in Paper Source?
