Having some issues getting Windows 11 installed because of something with AutoCAD blocking the install from the software center.

You're going to need to provide a lot more information than that to get any assistance. Did you mean Laserfiche 11? What do the installation logs say? What do the MECM logs say? What are the actual symptoms?
