It appears that the option to save with "No form" is still saving documents to our repository, just with no pages. We are choosing this option so that we can save the attachments only. The attachments are being handled correctly, but rather than not saving a form at all, it is creating entries in the repository that are named but have no pages. We are running Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 12.0.2410.345, but I don't see this mentioned in the changelog for the spring release.

It is the expected for "No Form" option to save a document that has metadata but no actual image or electronic document component. You may refer to the help doc here:
If you want to save attachments only, you may uncheck the "Save as" option.

I believe this is working as intended as this is how it also works in 11.0.2311.50564 and other previous versions. The No Form setting is to retain the metadata but not the actual form itself. You can make the Template None in the Configured Fields and set the document name to something like "Delete" and have workflow remove them.
