How to start a workflow after receiving an email

Is there a way to start a Workflow after receiving an email? We use LF 11.4 self-hosted, with a self-hosted Exchange server.

My end goal is to start a Workflow from a received email and parse the data in the email into tokens. Using the tokens I would like to start a Forms process.

Do you have licensing for the Import Agent/Email Archiver? With that I'm thinking with the email archiver when it sends the email to the repository could trigger a workflow.
