I have a Workflow that currently runs, but it creates a set of folders that is for HR. We need to set permission for one of the folders inside those folders to have a higher level of security on it (Confidential). Only members with Confidential permissions can see in those folders.
Staff Folder
>Confidential (Confidential Permissions)
>>Disciplinary (Confidential Permissions)
>>Evaluations (Confidential Permissions)
>>Medical (Confidential Permissions)
>Credential (HR Permissions)
>Payroll (HR Permissions)
I was at Empower last week and someone mentioned that it would be easier to have the folders already created and have the Workflow copy them over instead of creating them and having to change the permissions.
Is this possible?
