How do you make a form public facing?

I tried to go into the process details and make it public, but I don't have the option. I'm on Laserfiche Cloud and unsure if that's possible with my version.

It is possible with Cloud. You might need to contact your administrator, maybe you don't have permission or licensing to do so?

I just heard back that it's not in my license which is the issue. Thanks for replying though!
