I am planning to upgrade from LF 11 to LF 12, it seems with new LF 12 2025 H1 release the installer has been changed.

I noticed the download for 2024 LF 12 version (that comes with 11) also has been removed from the website.

As I am still planning the upgrade from 11 to 12, should I use the 2024 or directly use LF 12 2025 H1?

We used LF 12 2025 H1 for our DEV upgrade, and it was very easy to use. That should be all you need.
