In Cloud, one can find the Direct Share activity/history in the Repository Administration > Activity section. I'm wondering, do those shares stick around indefinitely, or do they drop off after some period of time has elapsed or a condition has been met? The answer to this question is not found in these documentation pages that I have reviewed:

Hi Cameron, the shares will be removed 30 days after they expire.

Thank you Cecilia! It doesn't look like it, but is there any way around this limit, or to export the share activity? I have a customer who for legal reasons wants to retain their history.

Direct share activities such as creation, expiration, downloads are all audited activitiy. Could they use audit trail to get a report of the share activity ?
