Stopping test processes in forms 12 not working

We upgraded our development environment from version 11 to version 12 (Spring 2025) and have been trying out the new test rules in Forms. Processes we have started are not able to be "Stopped" manually. Not from a "Suspended" or a "In Progress" state. One of the processes is now sending out a large amount of emails to iniator/testor of the process. I had to stop the Forms Routing service on the server to stop the emails from being sent out. Does anyone know what can be done to stop these processes?

I just tested this in one my LF12 2025 Spring release environments and it works for me. Not sure what would be causing your issue. Is the Routing service running?

Did the issue exist on non testing processes? To me it seemed to be process design issue as test mode instances run same as non test mode instances.

Can you check if there is backend error logged when you stop the instance?
