Is there a way to export the individual Workflow XML files simultaneously instead of individually?

We have a backup of the SQL server and all of the workflow config files, but I want to be able to individually restore individual workflows. I know I can import the XML file to restore them, but I want to export all of them at once instead of individually.

If you're referring to the wfi files, the export menu allows multiple selections, and there is a checkbox for exporting them as separate files.

If you select the first item, then shift-click the last one, it should select them all.
