We have not yet used the self registration option in LFDS.  We have many organizations in one instance of LFDS.  It appears that only one organization at a time can be set up to use Self Registration.

Example, Organization 1 is set up for Self Registration.  Organization 2 cannot be set up for self registration unless we remove the option for Organization 1.

Is that the case?

Wanting to make sure I understand.
