Course Description: 

In this course, we’ll cover how to monitor business processes and workflows as well as provide tips and strategies for troubleshooting a complete solution. This course is based on Laserfiche Cloud.

• Identify where to set process notifications for business processes and workflows
• Demonstrate how to find suspended or terminated process instances using the Monitor tab
• Demonstrate how to read an instance report and determine where the error has occurred
• Describe strategies for troubleshooting a business process with a connected workflow
