I've been having an issue when updating Word or Excel files that are already in my repository (using Web Client). I sometimes update a few docs in a row and when I go to the LF tab in the Office ribbon and choose to save, it repeatedly asks for login credentials. It's very inconvenient and causes lots of time loss. A customer just made the same complain to us. In their case, they're trying to attach a LF doc to an Outlook email draft. The customer uses Desktop Client but mentioned they also logged into Web Client to see if it would fix the issue, but it didn't.
Is there any way to only login once per day?
