Form saved to repository not printing out correctly on Laserfiche desktop

I have a Laserfiche form that gets saved to our repository and then a user needs to print them out. The issue is that the form is not printing correctly. It prints a section of the form repeated 4 times down the page. I have tried adjusting print settings and cannot get it to work. This is only an issue when printing from the desktop client. If we print from web client it works....but the users that print these forms do not have access to internet to get onto web client.

Attached pictures of what the it should look like and what is printing out.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

Did the issue happen on Forms saved documents only? Did it happen when printing other documents?

It's only the Forms document that is not printing correctly. Other documents that have been imported print just fine.

Have you changed Forms from using the Chromium browser to Chrome or Edge (Puppeteer engine to convert HTML to PDF)?
I have seen that make a difference in printing.

I believe all users are using Chrome.

But my issue happens when we try to print from desktop client.

We can print fine from the web client, but the two users that need to print these documents do not have web access. (I am inquiring about getting them web access as a solution.)

Can you please open a support ticket and provide us your business process and document saved to repository? This case involved three products so we can't tell easily where the issue was.

Do these entries have both pages (TIFF) and electronic document layers? If so do they appear different visually? Is it possible that the web client defaults to printing the electronic document and the windows client defaults to printing the pages? or the reverse.

Entries are TIFF only. No electronic document layers.

Did this ever get resolved? I do not have this issue but a couple other people do. Initially thought it was a version issue but update did not help.

No, I don't think this has been resolved. My workaround is to print from web client which works fine.

So bizarre. I can print from the client on my machine with no issue. One person was running an old client but that didn't work. Anyway I appreciate your reply!
