We've dealt with Laserfiche Connector issues after Chrome updates ever since we started using Connector. Thankfully, this has improved over the past couple of years. In the past, Chrome updates broke things for everyone, and we had to create new profiles for each new version. Lately, we've rarely needed to recreate profiles after updates.
Recently, though, something is affecting only some users — and it seems to line up with Chrome updates.
We tried creating a new profile using the latest Chrome version, but these users are still unable to use Connector functionality and are getting this error:
We configure our profiles using UI Automation, as we haven’t had great results with Javascript.
So far, we've tried:

Creating new profiles

Clearing browser cache

Rebooting
-
Ensuring browser zoom is set to 100%
All affected users are on Windows 10 with Chrome as their default browser.
We’re running out of ideas and wanted to see if anyone else has encountered — and hopefully solved — this issue.
