I have a template that users are complaining that they cannot submit. However if I were to select the Last Name Field and select Blank, then reselect the value it was already showing the ability to import/create comes live. Much like if the required field was not recognized until I selected it again. It appears to not happen with other lookups and has not been an issue in the past. This is a recent upgrade to Web Client 12 and was interested if others have seen this type of issue.
