The import/create button is greyed out

I have a template that users are complaining that they cannot submit.  However if I were to select the Last Name Field and select Blank, then reselect the value it was already showing the ability to import/create comes live.  Much like if the required field was not recognized until I selected it again.  It appears to not happen with other lookups and has not been an issue in the past.  This is a recent upgrade to Web Client 12 and was interested if others have seen this type of issue.

This issue had previously been filed as Bug 577077 and is targeted to be fixed in the Spring release for Laserfiche 12. It will be available April 7, 2025.
