With Forms you can make changes and preview your form without publishing the changes to the existing process. This could be a useful feature for surveys as well. I would rather not publish to a live process until all my changes are done and look good.

Currently if you try to preview it tells you that you must publish. Also there is no save option so that you can come back and continue working on it later.

A save and preview would be ideal.
