Unable to Access Empower Event Pages/Attendee Hub

Hello all!

My colleagues and I - all on separate computers - have been unable to access the event pages for Empower 2025 for at least the past two weeks. Whenever we try to navigate to them we receive a Cvent error page that looks like this:

Does anyone know who at Laserfiche we could contact about this issue? Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hi Katherine,

The most common issues with access to the Attendee Hub have to do with your browser. Please try a different browser or clear your cookies. Alternately if both you and your colleague are having the same issue, it is likely a VPN blocking the site. You can test this by trying to open the link on a personal device to see if it opens: https://cvent.me/99AdwL

Thank you both for the info! I did test by trying to access the website on a personal device, and it worked. I'm reaching out to our IT department to see if it could be a VPN issue and, if so, whether or not the site can be whitelisted.
