I have connected with Oracle Database on Laserfiche Cloud instance but when I tried to work unfortunately available tables are not visible in the Rule section to start, Any suggestions.

Did the Verify button work on the Data Source connection?
Yes, connection is verified, Issue is available tables are not visible.
Is there any additional configurations, Which require to be done ?
When I have not been able to find tables in the past it was from a permissions issue. Can you query the tables if you login manually as the user you setup the data source connection with?

Yes locally, i'm able to access tables with the same user which i have configured on data source connection.

If it is not already, you could try temporarily giving the user full administrative access and see if there is anything it is missing to gather the schema.
I have had a lot of issues with the agent acting up and even switched to always using my own custom views database rather than connecting it to the actual data source (in order to reduce the size of the schema and prevent problems).
Haven't looked in awhile, and they could have fixed it, but last time I attempted this schema needed to match the user. Ended up having to write custom SQL lookup programs for data retrieval because the Oracle integration could not be configured in a useful way for my use case and that ran as part of a triggered workflow script.
