Question

Track down a workflow from a time stamp

asked on March 14

I am working in cloud trying to track down an issue why a folder is being moved into the wrong location. In the audit trail I can see Process Automation moved it, and a time stamp.

1.    Is there a way to show the workflow that moved it from the audit trail?
2.    Is there a way to search all workflows by a time stamp if the name of the workflow is not known?
3.    There are a great many workflows in this customer site and it’s impractical to search individually, how can i search across the system?
4.    If I wanted to have a clean-up of workflows, is there any way to know the ones that are not actively being run (something along the lines of the on-prem pre-migration assessment)

You can search for workflow activity by entry name. Just use the folder name as the entry name.
