Has anyone else's 'Submit Forms' disappear from the app picker in Cloud? It was there last week. Also noticed a few apps under 'Process Automation' have been removed and consolidated into one 'Overview'.
I've had customers ask about this too. I think the fastest method to get to the Submit Forms page is to go to the Overview page (in the Home section of the app picker), and then click the Submit Forms tab at the top.
Process Automation has not been consolidated. The only change there is the "Process Automation" link being renamed to "Overview" to reduce the redundant labels given that the category is also called "Process Automation".
"Workflows" and "Business Processes" only appear in the app picker when you're already on a subpage in Process Automation due to the additional security checks that need to be done. This behavior has not changed.
We are currently evaluating feedback regarding the "Submit Forms" removal and we may add that back to the App Picker.
This would be helpful as we too have had customers reach out about it, and many customer's training documentation uses the "Submit Forms' option from the App Picker as a reference.
I don't recall seeing any sort of communication surrounding changes to the app picker (ie. removal of Submit Forms), did I miss just miss it?
