Save Filtered Table as Document

I have a table displaying training data from a lookup. Under "Table View Settings", I have "Enable filter" checked.

If I filter by, for example, an employee name, Is there a way to save that filtered view/data for that employee only as a document in the repository upon Submit?

I have one form set up in a way where I have a drop-down field (outside of the table) to select the salesperson's name, and then a lookup rule where if Salesperson (field) = Salesperson (lookup table), it writes only those rows to my form table. Would something like that work for you?

That does work and as soon as I submitted my question, I tested a similar option, submitted the form, which saved the filtered results.
