Currently on my workflow server I'm getting an [0645-WF1] Error stating that the workflow service is not licensed.
Within the Workflow Configuration Manager all the items are configured.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

"Laserfiche Classic" in a Rio setup usually means the Laserfiche Server's license is expired.
As you discovered, renewing the master license by itself is not sufficient, you have to re-license the Laserfiche Server. LFDS does support sending notifications to Laserfiche Server when a new license is available. The fastest way of getting the Laserfiche Server to reload the license once it went stale is to manually restart it to force it to re-check its license with LFDS.
Good to hear you got it all sorted out!
In Rio or Avante systems, Workflow is licensed once it is configured to have a monitored repository. It will consider itself unlicensed if the Laserfiche server hosting that repository is offline or has an expired license.
Since the Configuration Manager shows you have configured monitored repositories, you'll want to check the Laserfiche Server hosting your repository and ensure its service is running and it has a valid license. Once the Laserfiche Server license is corrected, restarting the Workflow Server will allow it to connect to the repository and reset its unlicensed status.
Thank you Miruna, I noticed that on the repository server the license is Laserfiche Classic when it should be Rio. I've renewed the master license with no luck, I'm assuming this is something our VAR is going to need to handle?
Never mind, I went and grabbed the license file from the LFDS and brought it over to the repository server, restarted services on repo and workflow server and it's working. Thanks for your help.
