New Template Field is Greyed out for Users

Within Cloud, I created a new field and then assigned it to a template. I see it assigned appropriately, and I see it showing in the security area.  When I go to the template, I see the field just fine. However, it is grayed out to other users.  How can I give everyone rights to interact with the field within that template?

In the repository administration page - navigate to Metadata > Fields and find your field. Check the security assigned to the Everyone group there.

In the same page, navigate to Templates, find your template and go to the Security tab. Check the security assigned to the Everyone group for the field in question there as well. You can compare its security to other fields that are working in that template.
