How to integrate a Signature pad into a signature field in LF Forms 11

We have a form for customers to sign with a digital signature pad. How can I integrate this into the signature field? When I connect the pad, it goes outside of the signature field. When the signature field is selected, I'd like the signature Pen to default inside the signature space on the form.

I think what you talked about was how signature field worked: click the pen inside the field to bring out the dialog with the sign signature canvas, right?

If that is the case, that's how signature field was designed so there is no easy change.

Hi Susan, what brand of signature pad do you use?

We had test with Topaz signature pad and confirmed it work on classic form on Forms 11 or higher.

However it is not supported on modern form yet.

Hi. it's an XP-PEN Star G430S. I'm able to get it to work, but it's "clunky". It's similar to using a mouse to do your signature but it's a pen instead. Ideally, I would like the pen to default to the Laserfiche signature field, instead you have to click the pen inside the field and then draw your signature.
