Bad Request - Request Too Long when accessing LFDS

Client is encountering an issue where they are encountering the following error message they attempt to access the LFDS from their machine:

Bad Request - Request Too Long

We have reviewed the cookies associated with the particular web URL and deleted/removed them but that didn't help.

 

Client is able to access the LFDS when on the LFDS server itself.

 

Any ideas?

If there is a reverse proxy, web application firewall (WAF), or another such network appliance between the client and the Laserfiche Directory Server instance, that may be throwing the error rather than LFDS itself.

Client doesn't believe there is anything between his machine and the LFDS server. According to him, this was working from the onset and recently started manifesting.
