Upgrade from LF 11 to LF 12

Hi

I have LF 11 + Quick Fields + Advanced Audit Trail + WorkFlow  installed.

I want to upgrade to LF 12, in download page I can see there are 2 options:

Installation package for LF 12 products
Installation package for LF 12 and 11 products

Why is that? Can I do full upgrade to LF 12 or there are some packages that still need 11?

We recommend you get the "Installation package for LF 12 and 11 products" download package.

After upgrading all the available Laserfiche 12 components, you should run the included Laserfiche 11 installers to apply the latest available patches and updates for those. For example, Laserfiche Audit Trail 11 Update 6, a security patch, was recently added to the package.

The Laserfiche 12 Spring 2025 release scheduled for April 7 will include the first Laserfiche 12 release of some applications as well as updates to existing ones.

Laserfiche 12 2024 H2 does not include new versions of all applications. You can still use Laserfiche 11 products with your Laserfiche 12 system.  

Installation package for LF 12 products - this package only includes items that are at version 12 

Installation package for LF 12 and 11 products - this package includes items that are at version 12 and any modules that do not yet have version 12 releases, the latest version available is included.
