We are running import agent on a designated Laserfiche server, where multi function device (MFD) scanners are sending files to designated folders, and import agent picks them up and imports them into Laserfiche. I recently noticed that if there is an error, import agent creates a folder called IAError and puts the file in there, but no notification is sent to anyone to notify them of the error, so if one person is scanning at the MFD and others are doing the indexing (or the indexing is done automatically), there is no catch to find the missing document.

Wasn't sure if this was an issue unique to us, or if this is an issue everyone has encountered. With the number of folders we have scans going to, manually checking them was not very feasible. I created a powershell script and scheduled task that would watch for this error, and would send an email to designated people, to let them know an error occurred and where the error was.
