Can you assign a team to be able to reassign a submission at any time during the life of the workitem?

We have an HR workflow that is sent to a Manager team that assigns the task to a member of a team. Based on the assignment, can the team administrator(s) based on the assignment be able to assign the task at any time to another member in the team.

If you are asking a form that is assigned to one Team Member can be reassigned to a different team member, the answer is yes.  I'm not sure if what you are asking is a little more complex than that.  Can you explain more what you mean by "based on the assignment"?

So, we have several teams that work HR Requests, when an initial request is submitted it goes to a user task assigned to a team called HR Managers, these managers look at the request and assign to a user based on values of the original request. This newly assigned user belongs to a particular team, this is the team that we want to make all other team members be able to see that workitem in the team's inbox, currently it doesn't only that 1 team member can see the item.

Once a form is assigned to a specific team member the other members of that team should be able to see in the Assigned Tasks under Team Tasks but only members that are in the team the task is assigned to.

 

Is the HR Manager team assigning the task to another user in the HR Manager team or to a different team?

Team Managers and Team Administrators can reassign tasks at any time.
