Hoping I can get some help with invoices in Laserfiche Cloud Tasks being automatically watermarked.

I've recently transitioned companies and moved from using a self-hosted Laserfiche and checking invoices through Laserfiche Forms, to Laserfiche Cloud and checking invoices through Tasks. With the self-hosted program, we were previously able to have invoices automatically "watermarked" with each level of approval the invoice has flowed through. For example, if the ordering team approves the invoices, the sales team approves the invoices, the invoice was automatically marked with who approved it and the time and date. Since using Laserfiche Cloud, I've found Tasks doesn't have the same capability.

Am I missing something or is this function not available in Laserfiche Cloud?
