Public Portal Access Forbidden?

We are trying to figure out why we are getting errors in our public portal? The public view is throwing errors for everyone on network and off and from different workstations. We are trying all the usual clear cache, incognito, etc. tricks. https://lebanonnh.gov/openrecords. 

We get 403 forbidden - access is denied but refreshing several times will sometimes clear it but the file loads with errors.

Looks like a problem on Laserfiche's end: https://status.laserfiche.com/

Fixed as of about noon Central Time.
