We’re excited to announce the launch of a new course: Using Metadata in Laserfiche 12. This eLearning course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost. 

 

Please note that the content in this course is similar to that in the Using Metadata in Laserfiche course that is based on Laserfiche 11 and Laserfiche Cloud. This updated course includes a look at some of the new features in Laserfiche, such as the addition of a sleek visual Metadata Designer to reduce mistakes and improve readability.

 

Course Description:

In this course, you will learn about the various types of metadata in Laserfiche and how they can be used to streamline tasks such as searching for documents, generating reports, and automating processes.

 

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Identify the main types of metadata
  • Explain how metadata can be used to search for entries and generate reports
  • Use templates and fields
  • Define document relationships and tags
