Laserfiche Avante 10.3 and working with Laserfiche Cloud

We have Laserfiche Avante Server and which we import images into an existing template briefcase file (provided by a client) and exported out with the metadata entries and send to the client for importing. The question we have if a new client has Laserfiche Cloud will they be able to import a laserfiche briefcase or would this be handle differently since they are using Cloud?

Yes, you can import briefcases using the Web Client in Laserfiche Cloud. You are also able to log in to the Laserfiche Windows Client to connect to a Laserfiche Cloud repository as well.

Can they export an existing template from the Cloud that we can import into our Laserfiche server.

Yes, if you export a document with that template, it will create in the cloud repository on import.

Laserfiche Cloud also offers a whole repository migration tool, you don't have to move documents in small batches with briefcases.
