Hello,

Is it reasonable to assume that when in Weblink and you select a parent folder that has multiple subfolders with files in them and use the right click option on the parent folder to Download the Selected Entries that it would download all files and folders within it as they appear provided that you have the rights to view them all? Because it's not for some reason in the latest v11 version. 

Currently, it will only download files that are immediately inside the parent folder, and  then any other subfolders and the files in them are ignored and do not download. It seems that a search must be performed to actually select each file for download. The customer's preference would be to just select the parent folder and initiate the download and for it to download all files and preserve the folder structure as part of the export. Is this possible?
