Workflow instance activities history does not work

Why can't see de workflow instance run history activities? No matter how many times refresh the search it does not work. Workflow V11.0.2306.898

Are there any clues on the Messages or Tokens tabs?

It doesn't show anything in that tab, it just doesn't load the information, no error messages are displayed

Are you opening this instance from search results? What is the status reported there?

Yes, I open it from the search results. It doesn't matter the status of the workflow execution is, it just doesn't show anything when I try to view the execution, error messages, variables, etc. It doesn't show anything. Is there any way to see through the server event viewer, if it's due to some internal application error?
