Email server

I have been trying to set up my email server for workflow and forms but I cant figure out why it is not working, I got this error message

"This request operation sent to net.tcp://localhost:8085/ManagementService did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:00:30).  The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.  This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message.  Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client."

I also want to know the right way to set up my email configuration server and what credentials to use.

The screenshot you provided is missing a port number for your SMTP server. Typically, you have to specify a port number.

i also added port number and i still got that same error

There is not enough information to troubleshoot. The type of mail server you use may change troubleshooting information and configuration steps. The error message just indicates that Workflow has waited 30 seconds for a response and has not heard back from the mail server yet. You may want to open a support case to get help investigating the error.
