How do you see what the requirements are to access a video in Aspire?

I am trying to share the following video with our clients

When I go to watch the video it plays, but when they try it says they have not met the requirements yet.

Hi Chad, this video is currently available to SPs only, which is why your customer cannot access it.

How can I filter these out of our search when our customers ask for videos we recommend. The reason I selected this video is because it is the top search when entering "business process" that includes a full overview of the product. Sometimes customers ask for videos they can save to watch later when they have downtime and don't have time to schedule a direct training with us. It seems like every time I recommend a video from the support site, no one can access it. It is not often that SPs watch these videos as we work in and train on the product every day, they are mostly for customers to use that prefer videos over documentation.

Training descriptions should note the audience. For some reason, both Part 1 and Part 2 of this video series failed to include that it's only available to Laserfiche Solution Providers. We've updated both video descriptions to note that.
