We’re excited to announce the launch of a new course: Planning Out Your Solution in Laserfiche Cloud. This eLearning course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.

 

Course Description: 

In this course, we’ll go over how to plan out a solution using process automation including requirements gathering, identifying relevant automation tools and their uses, and tracking data sources and the flow of information throughout a process. This course is based on Laserfiche Cloud.

 

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of requirements gathering when planning a solution
  • Describe the different methods and tools that can be used to start and automate a process
  • Identify manual tasks and processes that can benefit from being automated
  • Determine when and how information should be passed between business processes, workflows, and the repository
