All our data queries which use a SQL Data Source in Cloud suddenly simultaneously started stating that the query is reaching a timeout, even the smaller queries which seems very unlikely.
At the same time if I run a verification on the data source, it shows a green status mark and no errors, but the last verification date remains old. I have never seen where the verification date is not always the current date, and certainly after a manual verification.
The remote agent connection is online and has a current date. The software on the remote agent server shows no errors, except 1 in the event log:
Calling: /rc. Error: Forbidden
I have a support ticket open since last Friday and I am waiting on some input from Laserfiche on this but has anyone else ever come across this scenario? I think it should not be showing a green status if the date is not updating, it seems the Cloud system is hiding some information from us that we need to troubleshoot.
