Feature Request: Option to Pass More Authorize.net Values from Forms

asked two days ago

The Authorize.net API allows for the receiving of various values from an application. Right now, Forms only allows for a handful of these to be configured, mainly the billing information. It would be great if more of them could be configured at the process level.

When you select a Payment Gateway on the Message Start Event in Forms, if it could then provide a link that would open a modal popup that would prompt you with how to configure these other values, that would be very beneficial. For example, being able to configure the Description (description of item purchased), line items, and tax would be very beneficial. This information shows up on the email receipts from Authorize.net to the purchaser, so it is very useful to them to see those details on the receipt.

I agree. Another useful feature would be support for other transaction types. For example, authorize only transactions (i.e., an authorization hold) that can be captured or canceled at a later stage of the process, as well as the ability to void transactions and process refunds from within user tasks.
