I have been trying to search for a way to add a custom action button in the Laserfiche cloud web client. Has anyone ever had success implementing a custom action in Laserfiche cloud?

This is what I am trying to do:

I want to add a custom action that becomes enabled once a certain folder with Template X is selected. 

Once the button is clicked, it should open a form submission with certain fields already filled with metadata values of the folder selected upon clicking the custom action. 

This is what I have done so far: I created the custom action and the link to the form it should open but had no success in seeing how to restrict the button to enable when selecting folder and to collect the folder metadata and display them on the form.
