Cloud Single Sign On Error

A user configured single sign on for their new Cloud system.  They currently have Single Sign On in their on prem and are migrating over.  I believe the information is correct but users are getting the following.  I am not sure if this is a Laserfiche issue or not.  Where would the "access to the application" be?

Specifically, in the "Users and Groups" section of the Enterprise Application registration for the Laserfiche Cloud account:

Looks like this needs to be addressed on the client's end. The message is referencing rules configured in their Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environment.
