How to assign license using web client

Hi Everyone,

There's a way to assign the license using the web client under the management tab if so how?

I can only see is to create a user but unable to assign the license. I need to go to server and open administration console and assign the license.

Hi Rafael,

If you're asking for a Laserfiche Avante system, Adding a Named User should be able to help you. Make sure you're signed in as a system manager account to assign and update named user license assignments. (The same actions should apply for repository web client administration, but being a system manager is key: https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/12/systemadmin/en-us/content/admin-system-managers.htm).

Assuming this is a setup using Laserfiche Directory Service (LFDS) for licensing, did you assign user licenses to the Laserfiche Server hosting this repository in LFDS first?
