Quickfields Read Only setting

I have found that setting a Date field to RO in QF does not make it read only.  Is this by design? or an oversite?  I have a workaround by making date field to text and formatting at MM/dd/yyyy but client prefers to use date field if possible as it aligns with SQL better.

Hi Robert,

This is a known bug(#507281) in Quick Fields. Dev team has a fix for it, though not yet released. 

Could you open a support case if you would like to get an individual hotfix?
