User moved from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The drivers for the scanner were lost in the migration. I looked for drivers online and just about when you get to the download page, the next page is gone. Found out that Ricoh purchased Fujitsu so I found drivers on their page. Download and installed and thought it was fixed. Found out that the are the generic WIA drivers and have no settings for duplexing amoung other options. Spoke with Ricoh support and it's a known issue and they gave me three ideas. One, make sure it's 3.3, did that and it didn't help. The other two ideas were for connection issue that I don't have. Does anyone have the original drivers that I could try to use instead of the generic ones. Also, there is no ETA on updated drivers from Ricoh. So that this point, the user can't duplex or change the size of what's being scanned until I find different drivers.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
