I wanted to ask the collective if anyone is seeing timeout issues with Laserfiche forms in the cloud? In the self-hosted, some settings outside of Laserfiche could help with this (IIS), but we've seen a couple of forms time out in cloud and I'm curious if this is an issue for others? Have you been able to quantify the time if it does timeout? Is this really an issue or a fluke. . .and if it's an issue is there a fix from Laserfiche?
I have a process where the form may be open for 30-60 minutes with data being entered every few minutes as counting of physical items is done outside of Laserfiche. This is a public form, and it would be cumbersome to ask them to create a draft, log back in, etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
