I am trying to create an approval workflow in which the user approves a document before it moves to the next approval step. The workflow will also have an escalation activity, where if the user does not approve, it goes to the next step.

The issue now is that when I run the workflow fulfilling all the conditions it runs perfectly, however when I let it escalate, it doesn't go beyond the current activity.

Do I have to use any other activity to connect it when it escalates?
